Sanding & Repair

Corners and tight spaces are hand-scraped, and we use a multi-head sanding disk to blend everything evenly. After a thorough vacuum — made faster and easier by our dustless containment system — we apply water popping (if staining is selected) for even color absorption, then seal the floors to lock in a smooth, consistent look.

Drying & Final Touches
We allow the seal to dry for 24 hours before returning for a final buff and detailed finish work. Plastic sheeting is removed, the space is cleaned, and your floor is left with a beautiful, renewed appearance.
